Jake is a devoted husband and father of two who expanded his family by opening Find Your Flow Fitness & Wellness Studio in 2022. With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Coastal Carolina University, Jake has been passionately dedicated to personal training and group fitness since 2015. He has a deep love for all aspects of fitness, particularly strength training and mobility. Jake excels at helping people set ambitious goals and achieve them, whether through personal training or dynamic group classes.
